Important Notes:
- BRM will be operating mainly as a drop in establishment for 2024. If the open sign is on, come on in.
- Feel free to email or phone regarding availability. If an agreement is made for rental, your booking will be held until your arrival.
- We will not be taking deposits for rentals but we will still send you a confirmation/ booking sheet with full price quote. Because no deposits will be taken, please let us know ASAP if you have to cancel anything!
- Full payment can be cash on arrival or E-transfer shortly before your arrival (e-transfers cannot be done on site as we do not have wifi to connect your device.)
- If you plan to "drop-in" be sure to bring CASH!
